At Sparkville Universe, every order is carefully inspected before shipment. We thoroughly check all items—including figures, comic books, apparel, and custom packaging—for quality and accuracy prior to leaving our studio. All sales are final. Due to the collectible and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may contact us at support@sparkvilleuniverse.com within 7 days of delivery. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review your concern and do our best to assist when appropriate. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
